Sam – Lurcher – 3/4 years old.
Sam has come to Three Counties because he was a stray.
Sam is a smashing boy who is showing us more and more what a warm, gentle, loyal soul he is.
Sam is a very forgiving boy because he was very thin and he came to us riddled with worms. This hasn’t affected his lovely personality. So Sam needs to gain quite a bit of weight. You’ll be pleased to hear he is completely worm free now and that weight is just starting to go on 🙂
Sam has been walking nicely on the lead and when we stop he is an automatic leaner.
Sam appears to have a loyal nature and he is never far from your side. Sam has been a very good boy in our office and, if he has gone for a wander he will come trotting back when you call his name and he will rest his head on your lap. He is adorable and very quickly stealing our hearts.
Sam has had a hard life because we can see old scars peppered across his body, but this doesn’t stop him enjoying his home comforts and he soon got to grips with our settee, and had a little snooze.
Sam is going to make a smashing family companion with his loving nature.
Sam will need to be the only dog in the family at this point. We have no cat history. If there are children in the family they will need to be 8 plus.
Sam will require a garden with 6 foot security. A suitable leaving time for leaving Sam alone is 2/3 hours and not on a regular basis.
We re-home in a 50 mile drive of Bourne Lincs. Appointment only.
If you are interested in Sam, please phone Gyll Mauchline (Between 9:00 and 17:00) on: 01778 440318 or 07708 589792. If you cannot get through, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible or Email Gyll
