Basil came to us as sadly his owner was not looking after him properly. He came to us with a severe skin condition which was not treated correctly and as a result he lost most of his fur. After spending a couple of months at the vets and being well looked after, his skin condition healed up and his fur has grown back.

After all that Basil has been through, he is a very friendly boy with lots of love to give. Everybody that has met Basil, has fallen in love with him as he is the sweetest cat.

He is very good with eating his food and tends to eat most of his wet food at the time when he is fed and eats dry food throughout the day. He also loves treats like Dreamies!

Even though his skin condition has healed, just as a precaution he needs to be an indoor cat only.

We have decided to re-home Basil in a long term foster home just in case his skin condition returns.

We will cover all vets fees and we ask that we are notified before appointments are made and that he must go to Burghley Vets in Stamford. We can provide boarding for him while you take a holiday.
