Jelly is a Labrador X Rottweiler born 22/09/2023. She has come to us bcause her previous owner had to move house and was unable to take Jelly with her.
Jelly is a lovely young girl with a whole load of energy. She is extremely bouncy! She loves to be around people and loves everyone.
It is apparent that Jelly has not really been taught anything at all. We are currently working on her basic manners and trying to teach her to listen. It is important that we teach her to stop jumping up. Jelly enjoys her treats but she is currently quite “snatchy” so we are also working on that.
Jelly needs a family who have a lot of patience and time to continue with her training so that she can fulfil her potential. For this reason she is not suitable for a family who have never had a dog.
Jelly is a good solid size and she is strong so we feel any children in her new family should be at least teenagers. Jelly is probably best at this stage being the only dog in the home. She will chase cats so a cat free home is needed.
