Rocky is a very friendly boy but does take a little while to warm to new people as he is a little nervous.  He does like to be around people once he knows them and he enjoys a fuss.  Rocky knows all of his basic manners and sits nicely for treats. He will however need ongoing basic training and socialisation. We think he would be best in a home with previous experience of Collies.  He loves to be outside and enjoys ball games.  He would probably enjoy doing agility training.

 

Rocky is a little nervous of other dogs to begin with but once they have been carefully introduced he is fine.  He walks nicely on his lead until he sees another dog and then he will pull hard because he wants to see it. We think that Rocky will be better in a house with no cats.

 

Rocky does not have any experience of children so might be better in an adult home. If there are children in the family we think they should be at least teenagers and calm. They would need to know and understand how to behave around dogs.
