THE VOLUNTEERS AT THREE COUNTIES DOG RESCUE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO AND WANT TO IMPROVE DOGS AND CATS LIVES, A LOT OF WHOM ARRIVE IN POOR CONDITION, UNHAPPY AND NEED REHABILITATION.
