Luna is a lovely, friendly girl  with a whole lot of bouncy energy. Because she is large and tends to still jump around we think any children in her new family should be teenagers. 

 

Luna knows all her basic manners such as sit, wait, give paw etc.  She loves her treats so that helps with training. She takes them from you gently.  She has been trained to sit and wait for her meals until she is told she can have it. 

 

She loves to be outside and enjoys running around  and loves a football to play with. She enjoys being around people and loves to have tummy rubs. 

 

Luna was house trained and crate trained by her previous owners. 

 

She will need a family who have the time and energy to devote to her and to continue with her training. She still tends to jump up and we are working with her to stop this trait. Her previous family have told us that she tends to guard random items that she has stolen and knows that she should not have. You will need to use distraction techniques to recover these items. 

 

Luna is good in the car. 

 

Luna is generally fine with other dogs but we do not know what she thinks about cats.
